FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Super King sized bed with Hypnos mattress, storage for clothing. Super King can be converted to twin singles upon request. Ensuite: Overhead rain shower cubicle, WC and basin.

Bedroom 2:  Double bed with Hypnos mattress, storage for clothing, large Juliet Balcony doors opening to outside.

Bedroom 3: 1 double or two small singles for children upon request, storage for clothing.

All bedrooms: Hotel-grade 200 thread count 100% Cotton Percale white linen bed linen, hypoallergenic duvet and pillows, towels, and bathrobes included. Dyson Supersonic hairdryers also provided in each bedroom. Each bed has an overhead reading light. Blackout curtains ensure you can have a well deserved lie-in!

Family bathroom with Albion bath, overhead and handheld shower, basin and WC. Bramley toiletries provided.

Additional details

Parking: On street parking opposite on Constitution Hill or Gardner Road. Guests can drive onto courtyard in the mews to drop off luggage.

Children: Travel cot with extra mattress and bedsheet and highchair available upon request. In the kitchen are baby bowls and spoons. Traditional games such as Monopoly and Scrabble, puzzles and deck of cards provided. We also have a Nintendo Switch available for you to enjoy, preloaded with Super Mario Bros U Deluxe.

Pets: Dogs welcome – not allowed upstairs please. Dog bowl provided.

Heating: Under floor heating throughout - every bedroom and living space is an individually controlled zone using Nest thermostats. Additionally in each room is a Dyson Hot/Cold fan, which can provide a lovely cooling breeze during the summer and an extra bit of warm if you need it in winter.

Safety: Landline telephone. Nest smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout. Nest doorbell. Police monitored burglar alarm. Approved BASC safe. Garden Lodge is a non-smoking property.

Tech provided: Superfast fibre broadband and WiFi throughout. Built-in whole house sound system controlled from your own devices or iPad provided using Sonos app. Apple TV.
